We support young people with compassion and expertise
At Y.E.P, we provide a warm and inclusive environment where young people can feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without fear of judgment. We tailor our support to each individual, recognising the unique strengths and struggles that come with every stage of development.
We believe that healing is best achieved through collaboration. That’s why we work closely with families, schools, GPs, and community professionals to ensure holistic, wraparound care.

Hi, I’m Niro…
I’m a registered psychologist passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe in their ability to grow into confident, resilient individuals and bring a down-to-earth, compassionate approach to every session.
With a background in corporate work and teaching, I understand the pressures of balancing family, school, and personal wellbeing. My approach is trauma-informed and strength-based, using evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and DBT to create practical, person-centred strategies that empower young people to thrive.
I’m also passionate about the impact of social media on mental health and have published research on online behaviours like cyberbullying and trolling.
Outside of work, I enjoy acrylic pouring, resin art, and volunteering with local and international charities. As a mum of three, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work with families.
